John Steenhuisen confirmed to Bloomberg that the DA will do "everything it can" to form a coalition with the ANC.

In this Bloomberg article from 7 February 2023, John Steenhuisen, provides the 3 most likely scenarios in the 2024 General Election:

Helen Zille confirms that a DA+ANC coalition is the 'least bad option' if the DA does not win an outright majority.
YesCape have not been able to locate any source that suggests an outright majority win for the DA is a realistic possibility.
